Linda: First Floor Apartment of a Mediterranean Styled Villa on the Ionian Coast
Linda (CIS: LE07503191000000618) apartment is on the first floor of a typical Mediterranean styled villa surrounded by the garden, among maritime pines, oleanders and honeysuckles. Linda apartment boasts three bedrooms, one bathroom and shower, comfortably giving lodging to five (5) guests, whether it can be one or two families and children. Clima in the bedrooms area. Besides there is a wide dining room and a cosy corner by the fire-place, a well equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace, where guests can enjoy their meals. Independent entrance and free car park in the garden of the villa (see g*).

- In June 2024, to rent Linda Accommodation costs € 109 per night, per apartment (€ 763 for one week stay).
- In July 2024, renting Linda Accommodation is € 125 per night, per apartment (€ 875 for one week stay).
- In August 2024, to rent Linda Accommodations costs € 145 per night, per apartment (€1015 for one week stay)
- In September 2024, to rent Linda Accommodation costs € 109 per night, per apartment (€ 763 for one week stay).
a. Prices are inclusive of gas and water. Electricity is not inclusive of the total price.
b. Weekly change of bed linen and towels + cleaning service cost € 100.
c. It is possible to rent Linda apartment for no less than 4 nights up to 27 nights

f. A € 200 deposit is required by the owner and must be returned to the guest at the end of the stay, via bank transfer, after checking that no damage has been caused to Linda apartment (within 72h).
g. 30% of the total cost of the holiday stay is required in advance by the time of booking via bank transfer. The balance has to be paid within 20 days before the arrival.
h. It is the owner’s duty to request from the urban police command the nominative permit (or permits) for the access of the guest’s car (or cars) to the limited traffic area (ZTL) to reach the villa. This permit will be valid for the time of the guests’ holiday stay.
