Sieglinde (CIS: LE07503591000000616) is a beautiful 19th century vaulted ceilinged apartment, only few steps away from the historical center of Lecce, a Baroque art jewel in Apulia. The apartment boasts two master bedrooms, which are provided with air-cons for more comfort, and two bathrooms (the big one has a bath-tub and the small one is with shower and a small corner for the laundry). Sieglinde apartment can welcome up to four (4) guests. Next to a full equipped kitchen, a small terrace in the court is the ideal place for enjoying meals and relax. A fire-place in the wide living area invites to fabulous BBQs and romatic dinners by candlelight. The apartment has free WiFi internet and free car parking in the street. In Summer 2024, from June 22nd to September 20th 2024, the cost for a holiday stay is € 108 per night, per apartment (€ 756 for one week stay)

In Autumn 2024, from September 21st to November 2nd 2024, the cost for a holiday stay is € 99 per night, per apartment (€ 693 for one week stay)

a. Prices are inclusive of gas and water. Electricity is not inclusive in the total cost.

b. Weekly change of bed linen and towels + cleaning service cost € 100.

d. It is possible to rent Sieglinde apartment for no less than 3 nights up to 27 nights.

g. A € 200 deposit is required by the owner and must be returned to the guest at the end of the stay, via bank transfer, after checking that no damage has been caused to Sieglinde apartment (within 72h).

h. 30% of the total cost of the holiday stay is required in advance by the time of booking via bank transfer. The balance has to be paid within 20 days before the arrival.
