It is a first floor typical vaulted ceilinged apartment with three spacious rooms for living area and a bright porch next to the well catered kitchen with tablewares, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, where our guests can enjoy their meals.

Both of them, the two master bedrooms are provided with air-cons for more comfort. In detail, there is a travel cot for little children in one of the two master bedrooms, while a wheeled high chair is in the dining room. In this way, for parents, it won’t be necessary to carry those heavy items for children on travel. To go on with description, there are two bathrooms, which are one next to the other. The big one is full equipped with bath tub and shower. The small one has a toilet, a shower and a corner dedicated to the laundry with a big washbasin and a washing machine. Besides it is an ideal area for a toast to the Italian holiday, for enjoying a BBQ or having a fine romantic dinner by candle light. Besides, guests, taking advantage of the free Internet wifi connection, can keep on job activities even though they are on holidays. What is more, for those, who are gourmets or enjoy cooking, it is possible to book a cooking lesson run by the owner for tasting local dishes and gastronomy.

Sieglinde ist eine elegante Ferienwohnung aus dem Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts mit alten Gewölbedecken. Das Ferienhaus steht im ersten Stock, es hat zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmer und eine helle Veranda neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Da, können die Gäste ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Die Sieglinde Wohnung bietet Platz für vier (4) Gäste. Ein langer Balkon ist auf der Vorderseite der Straße, wo zwei Hauptschlafzimmer sind. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer: eines ist voll ausgestattet mit Badewanne und Dusche und im kleineren gibt es eine Dusche und eine Ecke für die Wäsche. Die Ecke des Kamins ist der ideale Ort, um zu entspannen, Musik zu hören und lokale Köstlichkeiten zu probieren oder guten Wein zu trinken. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN und kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Straße.

Lecce and the surrounding area

Lecce is an historical city in the heart of Salento area and one of the provinces of Apulia region, in the South of Italy. Very often, it is also called the ‘Florence of Southern Italy’, because of the magnificent Baroque art styled monuments and noble palaces, stunning architecture, which you can find also in other small cities of art and ancient villages of the Salento area. A nice stroll in the city for visiting Saint’Oronzo Square, where you can stop also for enjoying a creamy ice-cream and appreciate the stunning view of the amphitheater, for example. Then, heading for a peek at the beautiful Baroque Santa Croce Church and at the magistral front of Celestini Palace, at the Dome, along the main shopping street, at the Castle Charles V. The city has also a long traditional bond with the Greek culture, which dates back to its old origins. In this regard, there are suggestive tiny villages in the nearby that are identified as Grecìa Salentina, where natives still speak griko, an old language, which reminds of the old Greek. The crystal clear sea of both the rocky Adriatic and the sandy Ionian coast is not so far: a pleasant driving will bring you in stunning places, where you will enjoy great time in the sun or will have a swim or perhaps you will take fabulous pictures for your album of memories: Torre dell’Orso, Otranto, Castro, Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo…and of course there is a lot of more heading in the inland for visiting very fine cultural centers.
